All products are sold and supplied subject to UK Law 

Whilst every effort is made to make equipment fit for purpose,as good and as strong as possible, we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage that may occur when using our equipment. The owner of the bird must ensure that regular checks are carried out to inspect the condition of the equipment and where any problems are found, the equipment must immediately be changed for an alternative. Securing the bird safely is of foremost importance.

 

Returns Policy

We hope that you are satisfied with our products, however, if you need to make a return/exchange then you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order, providing that it is unused and in its original condition.

 

Please note – Anklets cannot be returned once they have been on a bird. To check fitting size, we recommend offering the anklet up against the birds leg to check the fitting size.


To complete your return, you must:

 

  • Enclose a note/send us an email to info@aclarkefalconry.co.uk, detailing the reason for your refund/exchange.
  • Include a copy of the invoice.
  • Ensure that the item is in its original packaging and in unused condition.
  • Clearly label our address: A Clarke Falconry, Unit 8, Hollis Road, Grantham, Lincolnshire, NG31 7QH


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For straight exchanges, you are responsible for the shipping costs both ways.

 

We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.

 

On receipt of your returned item/s, we will contact you to confirm receipt and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.

 

Please note- any bespoke/customised items and non-returnable unless faulty.
